Some apartments are simply destined to break conventions. From exposed ceilings to transparent walls, everything in this apartment shines with urban originality – including Caesarstone’s Jet Black countertops. Take it from us – once you enter this loft, you’ll never forget it.

The owners of this loft apartment, which is located in a fashionable area in ancient Jaffa, just minutes from the Mediterranean Sea, purchased it as an investment property. They envisioned a stylish apartment that would cater to the needs of trendy tenants. The apartment’s central space includes the living room, kitchen and dining area, with a smaller adjoining space that houses the master bedroom. A terrace with a breathtaking sea view is accessible from the living room.

To make their dream come true, the apartment owners commissioned designer Maya Fadlon Grossberger to handle all of the interior design. One of the first decisions made was

to surround the apartment with high-quality birch carpentry that injects warmth and provides practical comfort and storage. The fashionable grey flooring offered a gentle contrast to the warmth of the wood, as did the ultra-modern exposed concrete ceilings.

As for the kitchen, a decision was made to include an island as the main visual and functional centerpiece. Behind the island, Maya inserted a low metal shelf case that functions as a storage area for kitchenware, another work station, and a stylish ornament. This unique blend of style and functionality, in the kitchen and in all areas of the house, was designed to create an aura of chic and sophisticated urbanity.

Perhaps the most striking element in the apartment is the master bedroom glass wall, which creates a sense of increased space both in the living room and master bedroom, while double curtains provide a much-needed sense of privacy.

Maya was not the only designer on deck. Helping to pick out furniture, accessories and artwork was stylist Adi Fogel Hollander. Complementing the apartment’s interior design vision, Adi’s stylish decisions injected color and life into an already vibrant urban space.

For the kitchen’s black metal shelf case, it was only natural to go with a dark countertop. Caesarstone’s sophisticated and luxurious 3100 Jet Black surface to serve as an extension of the shelf case’s bold artistic statement. Elegance aside, Jet Black is also known for its robust functionality.

This apartment is a truly one-of-a-kind urban space. The loft’s allure is evident from every nook and corner. The kitchen is both practical and breathtakingly stunning. The living room and terrace provide an unforgettable view. The master bedroom is brimming with daring cleverness. And Caesarstone’s 3100 Jet Black countertop – complete a stunning portrait of high-end urbanism.

In an investment property, it is important to create a uniqueness that cannot be imitated by other nearby apartments. The apartment’s interior design walks a fine line between meticulous and casual, industrial and luxurious. I love using exposed authentic materials such as concrete, wood and iron, and the genuine materiality of Caesarstone surfaces align with my vision. These surfaces complement the apartment’s design, and their durability is ideal for a property that will be inhibited by renters for years to come.
